Well, my friend Tina tagged me...this is all new to me, but I guess I need to answer some questions!
Rules :
1. You have to post the rules before you give your answers.
2. You must list one fact about yourself beginning with each letter of your middle name. (If you don't have a middle name, use your maiden name).
3. After you are tagged, you need to update your blog with your middle name and your answers.
4. At the end of your blog post, you need to tag one person for each letter of your middle name.
(Be sure to leave them a comment telling them they've been tagged and that they need to read your blog for details.)
Here are my answers : (Thanks, mom, for the short middle name!!)
K: Kind - I always try to be kind to others --- do unto others...
A: Artistic - I love scrapping, making cards, ATCs, really - any kind of paper crafts and mixed media.
Y: Young-at-heart - have to be to keep up with my friends....love 'em all!!
Hummm, who next....yup, Joyce!!

Friendship quote
One of my aMUSEme friends posted this to the group yesterday. I thought it a wonderful, thought-provoking quote:
But oh! The blessing it is to have a friend to whom one can speak fearless on any subject; with whom one's deepest as well as one's most foolish thoughts come out simply and safely. Oh, the comfort - the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person - having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring them all right out, just as they are, chaff and grain together; certain that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and then with the breath of kindness, blow the rest away.

1st SG swap of the year
Since we are not getting a BBB (beautiful blue box or big blue box) from SG for January, some of us decided to do a BBB swap. We signed up and were paired up. This BBB (only it's in a brown box, not blue) will be mailed to my BBB partner, Julia, tomorrow. There's lots of fun stuff in there, but I'll wait until she has received it to reveal all the goodies I'm sending.
